Data in the playground
Source editing and report previews run in your browser. The playground does not upload your report source to the server. Downloaded reports include their source data and interactive runtime; review their contents before sharing them.
Publishing and shared reports
An explicit publish action sends the report source, resolved data and styles to the server you choose. That server retains report versions, generated pages and raw source. Anyone with access to a report address may be able to read its report and source. Self-hosted operators control retention, infrastructure and access logs.
Cookies and external content
This application does not set tracking cookies or send analytics events. Publishing uses a bearer token rather than a cookie session. Reports can load author-specified external images, media, links and sandboxed embeds; their providers may receive your network address and apply their own data policies. Fetching data from an external URL contacts that provider.
